One of the important components of the work of our online store is that the goods sold are certified and provided with a branded guarantee of manufacturers.
To carry out warranty service, you need:
- correctly and without blots and corrections, a completed warranty card, which must indicate the model and serial number of the product, the date of sale and the seal of the trading organization;
- document confirming the purchase (consignment note);
- complete set of goods.
We also draw your attention to the fact that when receiving and paying for the order, the buyer, in the presence of the courier, is obliged to check the packaging and appearance of the product for the absence of physical defects (scratches, cracks, chips, etc.) and the completeness of the packaging. After the departure of the courier, claims on these issues will not be accepted.
Warranty service is not performed if:
- lost or incomplete warranty card
- the equipment was delivered to the territory EU
- the product has traces of mechanical damage or opening
- factory seals broken
- the conditions of operation, transportation or storage have been violated
- repairs were carried out by persons who are not employees of an authorized service center
- non-original components were used
